10.00: Illustrated Talk on Marie Bronislava Vorobyeva-Stebelska (1892–1984), also known as Marevna, a Russian-born artist known for her work with Cubism and pointillism, which she called Dimensionalism
11.15: Mid-Morning Break with tea, coffee and shortbread
12.00: A Private, Guided Tour of the House and Gardens
13.00: West Gallery Guided Visit to View Works by Marevna. This visit will be guided by Jennie Spiers, discussing the fabulous paintings and drawings on show in this gallery.
I will be gifting everyone a copy of Marevna’s Autobiography Life with the Painters of La Ruche, a fascinating insight into this remarkable woman’s life.
