About Art Appreciation Tours

Art Appreciation Tours provides an informal and friendly environment in which to learn about the fascinating, inspirational and educational world of art.

Through art we learn about the history of the world, it's wonders, horrors, achievements, disappointments, beauty, ugliness, sensuality - all that life has to offer.  The artist can produce eloquence in the curve of a line, an emotion in a single colour that reaches out to us and makes an impact that can last a lifetime.

Art Appreciation Tours brings a unique approach to learning through a mixture of explanation, exploration and lively discussion of art amongst a small group of like-minded people in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.  Open to anyone with a desire to learn more about art.
